Passport

Your passport or travel document must be valid for at least three months after the expiry date of the e-Visa issued by Azerbaijan. Failure to meet this requirement may result in refusal of the application

Physical Address

Provide your residential address (home address). It will be used for identification and contact purposes.

Email Address

Enter a valid email address. Your e-Visa and all notifications will be sent to this address.

Payment Card

A valid credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) is required to pay the government visa fee online.

Travel Dates / Duration of Stay

Indicate the dates of your intended travel to Azerbaijan. The e-Visa is typically valid for 90 days, allowing a stay of up to 30 days.

Purpose of Visit

Select your travel purpose (Tourism, Business, Science, Education, Sports, Culture, or Medical treatment). ⚠️ The purpose must match the documents you submit.

Accommodation Details

Provide the name and address of your hotel, apartment, or host in Azerbaijan.

Health or Travel Insurance (optional but recommended)

It is recommended to have valid travel or health insurance covering your stay in Azerbaijan.
